Take the NYS Thruway, I-87, the Major Deegan Expressway in the Bronx all the way to Kingston, Exit 19. Follow Route 28 west for about 20 miles to the first turn off on the right to Phoenicia. Follow that road across the Esopus Creek to the stop sign at Main Street, Turn left and go up about half a block, past Brios. We are on the boardwalk set back about 50 yards from the road.

If on the Thruway, I-90, get off at Exit 28, Fonda and Fultonville. Take NY 30A South all the way towards Schoharie and Central Bridge till it meets and turns into Route 30. Take 30 south about 50 miles to Margaretville. Here you can pick up Route 28 east and go towards Arkville and Phoenicia. About 30 miles you will come to Phoenician and Route 214 to Chichester. Turn left on 214 and it will turn into Main Street. We are about 3/8s of a mile from 28 on the right hand side of Main Street before Brios.
